Garet Burch
Founder & CEO
Garet has over 20 years of experience in the dental lab business, having worked alongside his father for many of those years. Opening a dental lab during the COVID-19 pandemic was a risk - but it’s been well worth the journey!
Garet is always learning and teaching alongside his team to bring bigger, better things to the dental world. His goal has always been to bring high quality, reliable work to the dentists he serves. Garet loves chatting with dentists about their wants and needs in a dental lab and believes that a lab with a personal touch is the best lab there is.
Heather Stern
Executive Administrator
Heather has an extensive background in office and project management. She loves finding ways to streamline our workload and engage with our current and future clients. She facilitates learning opportunities for our staff and researches new ways to build up and revolutionize our business.
Heather is often the voice of Burch Dental Solutions - the person on the other end of the line and the typist in the email box. She’s your gateway to meetings with Garet and the one who sends out treats to our new clients.
Jamie Morales
Laboratory Manager
Jamie is our jack-of-all-trades in the lab. They know it all and they can do it all. Thankfully, we have techs to support this, but Jamie is our in-lab educator for new and existing technicians.
Their specialty is removables, so more often than not, when you see a shiny denture, it’s coming straight from Jamie’s hands.
Angela Dunning
Crown and Bridge Technician
Angela is a whiz at crown and bridge and we are so lucky to have her. Not only does she give a loving hand while staining and glazing, she also plays a big role in the continuing education of our staff.
